4C Compounds

Enduro and Trail riding demands confidence. This means that tyres must provide the ultimate grip, while being durable enough t withstand higher speeds and impacts. Vittoria has developed these four individual 4C Graphene compunds to exceed these measures of performance.

The center tread area uses two separate Graphene compounds; one at the base, and one at the surface. The base compound provides a stable foundation for climbing and braking loads, while providing protection from pinch flats and punctures. The surface compound is formulated to deliver high-grip climbing and braking traction in both wet and dry conditions.

The shoulder area of the tread also uses two separate Graphene compounds; one at the base, and one at the surface. The base compound resists folding, even with the deeper tread profiles, which provides a stable foundation for cornering loads, and extends wear life. The surface compound does the work in high speed cornering. With a soft feel and sticky texture, 4C Graphene tyres exceed expectations over wet rocks and roots, as well as in dry/mixed conditions.

In the most demanding terrain, Graphene 4C compounds maximize traction and control, while minimizing abrasion and wear.
