Materials

Use a sewing kit's soft tape for accurate measurements, avoiding metal tapes or yard sticks to prevent inaccuracies.
1. Waist
Measure around the natural waistline, allowing the tape measure to sit comfortably.
2. Hips
Measure the hips by wrapping a tape around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks.
3. Outseam (Length)
Measure the outseam of pants by running a tape from the waistband to the hem along the outer seam.
4. Inseam
Measure the inseam of pants, run a tape measure from the crotch to the bottom hem along the inner seam.
